Travel Registry

Jubilee Travel is pleased to introduce a Travel Registry option for you to utilize when planning your special holiday.

Just like a registry often seen at department stores for weddings and special occasions, a Travel Registry works much in the same way with cash gifts being made by friends and family to go towards your travel expenses to send you on the vacation of your dreams.

A travel registry is great for those planning weddings abroad, honeymoons, anniversaries, or any other special occasion.

How it works

  • Plan your holiday with one of Jubilee Travel’s knowledgeable consultants.
  • Ask to register your honeymoon to allow travel gifts to be made.
  • We will supply 50 registry announcement cards that you can send to family and friends to notify them of the registry option. (Additional cards can be provided at a small fee.)
  • Gifts can be made in any amount by calling or coming into the office. Once a gift is made, an acknowledgement card will be sent to whomever has made the gift so that is can be presented to you, or we can send the card directly to you at their request.
  • Updates about gifts received to date can be confirmed by calling the office or can be sent via email.
  • All funds received will accumulate in a fund tied to your name until final payment becomes due, usually 45 – 60 days before departure. At that time we will advise you of the balance owed or if there are any surplus funds these will be reimbursed to you.
  • A complete list of guest names and the amount of gift purchased will be made available to you upon the return on your dream holiday so you know who to thank for your special trip!
